Change in Dovre Group´s Board of Directors

Dovre Group´s Board Member Anja Silvennoinen has turned her resignation from
her position in the Board of Directors due to her new position in Pöyry
Management Consulting Ltd. Ms. Silvennoinen has resigned  in order to avoid the
appearance of any type of conflict of interest in connection with her new
position. The resignation will be effective on January 1, 2014. Anja
Silvennoinen M. Sc. (Eng.) has been a Member of the Dovre Group´s Board of
Directors since March 2013.
