Amendment of Section 1 of Tectia Corporation's Articles of Association is registered

Amendment of Section 1 of Tectia Oyj's Articles of Association is registered

The amendment of Section 1 of the Articles of Association of Tectia Corporation
in accordance with the decision by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Tectia
Corporation held on September 28th 2012 has been entered in the Trade Register. 

From now on the official company name will be SSH Communications Security Oyj
and SSH Communications Security Corporation in English. 

The current Articles of Association are available on the company's website at
www.ssh.com. The decisions of the EGM were published in a Stock Exchange
Release on September 28th 2012. 

In connection with the change of the company name, the company and trading
codes on the Helsinki Stock Exchange will change. The new company code,
effective as of 18.10.2012, is SSH and the new trading code SSH1V.
