AB Ukio bankas will issue fixed rate bond emissions in LTL and EUR

AB Ukio bankas, with register code 112020136, address: 25 Maironio str.,
LT-44250 Kaunas. 
At the meeting of the Board of AB Ukio bankas as of 11 November 2010, a
resolution was taken to issue fixed rate bond emissions in LTL and EUR under
the “Base prospectus of LTL 200,000,000 short and medium term bonds offering
programme” approved on 7 October 2010 by the Security Commission of the
Republic of Lithuania, and to approve the Final terms and conditions of the
