Nýi Kaupþing banki hf. has today announced that the bank owns a total of
6,694,907,456 shares in Exista hf.,or 10.43% of total share capital. Before the
transaction Nýi Kaupþing banki hf. held 287,001,781 shares in Exista. The
shares were acquired as a result of an enforcement procedure.
