CHANGES IN HOLDINGS OF PROCOMEX AND MEKAANIKONTALO IN ALMA MEDIA

Alma Media announced on 19 December 2006 that Procomex S.A (business
register number R.C. Luxembourg B 57.877) and Helsingin
Mekaanikontalo Oy (trade register number 1076761-9) had raised their
combined holding in the share capital and voting rights of Alma Media
to more than one twentieth (1/20) through forward trades renewed on
that date. Now Alma Media has received information that these
companies have renewed existing forward trades and made new forward
trades.

Pursuant to the Securities Market Act, Chapter 2, Section 10, we

by Ahti Vilppula, a member of Alma Media's Board of Directors.
