Kauno Energija AB - Notification on material event

Information regarding negotiations with UAB Kauno termofikacijos elektrinė

Kaunas, Lithuania, 2012-08-10 06:56 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Managenemt
Board of AB Kauno Energija decided the following at the meeting which took
place at 14 o'clock on the 9th of August, 2012: 

1. To approve projects of change of negotiations agreements signed between AB
Kauno Energija Negotiations group and UAB Kauno Termofikacijos Elektrinė: 

  -- Regarding correction of agreement on Investment agreement of the 31st of
     March, 2003 and on it's changes of the 13th of July, 2005;
  -- Regarding change of agreement on Heat sell and purchase agreement of the
     31st of March, 2003;
  -- Regarding agreement on withdrawal of undertakings agreement of the 31st of
     March, 2003.

 2. To obligate head of administration of AB Kauno Energija sign projects
itemized in article 1 with UAB Kauno Termofikacijos Elektrinėuntil the 13th of
August, 2012.
