GEOSENTRIC OYJ INDUSTRIAL CO-OPERATION PROCEDURE FINISHED                       


The industrial co-operation procedure at GeoSentric Oyj reported on July 9, 2010
and commenced on August 9, 2010, has now been concluded. As a result of the     
negotiations, the Company will lay off 10 employees and 24 employees are made   
redundant. In addition one person will be affected by alternate forced leave.   
The reason of these measures is in view of the continuing decline in the TWIG   
product line and in order to rightsize its workforce, the Company is reviewing  
its cost base and operations.
