PUBLISHING OF OUTOTEC'S FINANCIAL STATEMENTS REVIEW 2009

Outotec's financial statements review for January-December 2009 will be
published on Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at 8.30 am (EET).

A briefing, in which President and CEO Pertti Korhonen and CFO Vesa-Pekka Takala
will present Outotec's financial statements review 2009, will be held in
