AMENDMENTS OF YIT'S ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION AND INCREASE OF SHARE CAPITAL RECORDED IN THE TRADE REGISTER

YIT Corporation's Annual General Meeting, held on March 16, 2007, decided to
amend Articles 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10 and 11 of the Articles of Association and to
increase the share capital by EUR 82,822,459.92. The amendments were entered in
the Trade Register today, March 30, 2007. YIT Corporation's share capital is
now EUR 146,210,995.92. 

YIT Corporation's Board of Directors has decided to annul the 400 YIT shares
in the company's possession immediately once the amended Articles of
Association have been entered in the Trade Register. 

YIT Corporation's Articles of Association and increase of share capital were
carried out as proposed by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors'
proposals and YIT Corporations Articles of Association are available on the
company's internet site, www.yitgroup.com.
