Icelandic Group hf. - Changes board/management/auditors

- Baldur Örn Guðnason resigns from the board of Icelandic Group hf.

Baldur Örn Guðnason has resigned from the Board of Icelandic Group
hf.  Stefán Ágúst Magnússon, CEO of Hf. Eimskipafélag Íslands, will replace
Baldur as a Board member.  Stefán Ágúst has until now been an alternative
member of the Board.
