Announcement of a Change in Shareholding According to Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act

Sitowise Group Plc Stock Exchange Release 11 September 2024 at 12.15 p.m. (EEST)

Sitowise Group Plc (the "Company") has on 10 September 2024 received a
notification in accordance with the Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Finnish
Securities Market Act from Paradigm Capital Value Fund SICAV, according to which
Paradigm Capital Value Fund SICAV's direct holding of the shares and votes of
the Company increased above 15.00 percent on 10 September 2024.

According to the notification, Paradigm Capital Value Fund SICAV holds a total
of 5,385,642 shares corresponding to 15.02 percent of the Company's shares and
votes.

The Company has one series of shares in which each share carries one vote. The
total number of shares and votes is 35,845,665.
