Correction: HKFoods corrects its previous annual report release, publishes 2023 ESEF Financial Statements

HKFoods Plc (formerly HKScan Corporation) corrects the annual report release
published on 15 March 2024 at 11.30 am, Finnish time, regarding the xHTML file
attached to the Stock Exchange Release. The previous release incorrectly
included the xHTML file for 2022. Other files attached to the 15 March release
were correct.

Attached to this Stock Exchange Release is the xHTML file of HKScan Corporation
as at 31 December 2023, in accordance with the ESEF reporting requirements, in
which the main figures of the consolidated financial statements are marked with
XBRL characters.
