Stockmann Group's revenue in April 2013

The Stockmann Group's revenue amounted to EUR 212.0 million in April 2013.
Revenue, excluding the terminated franchising operations in Russia and Finland,
was up 3.6 per cent. April had two sales days more than in 2012 in many
countries due to the earlier Easter. The Group's combined revenue for March and
April, excluding the terminated franchising operations, was down 1.1 per cent. 

The Department Store Division's revenue, excluding the terminated franchising
operations, was up 3.8 per cent. In Finland revenue grew by 2.4 per cent and in
international operations by 6.2 per cent. In Russia growth was strong
particularly in local currency. The successful Crazy Days campaign with a
revenue growth of 10 per cent boosted the performance in April. 

Fashion Chain Division's revenue was up 3.5 per cent; down 12.8 per cent in
Finland and up 7.6 per cent in international operations. Lindex's
euro-denominated revenue was up 8.9 per cent, partly due to the strengthened
Swedish krona. The start of the main spring campaign had a positive effect on
the revenue during the month. Revenue in local currencies was up 5.6 per cent
with growth in all countries except in Finland. Seppälä's revenue was down 20.7
per cent. Revenue declined in all countries.
