EFORE PLC’S CEO WILL LEAVE THE COMPANY AT THE END OF FEBRUARY 2015

Efore Plc's Board of Directors and CEO Vesa Vähämöttönen have together agreed
to terminate the CEO agreement. Vesa Vähämöttönen will continue as the CEO of
the company until the end of February 2015. 

Mrs. Päivi Marttila, Chairman of the Board of Directors: ”We would like to
thank Vesa for developing the company for several years. The strategic change
has been significant as well as the turnaround in profitability during this
year.”
