DIVIDEND PAYMENT OF THE OMX HELSINKI 25 EXCHANGE TRADED FUND 

The Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Seligson & Co Fund Management Plc
has decided on May 31, 2007 to pay a dividend of 1.17 euros per share to the
owners of OMX Helsinki 25 Exchange Traded Fund. 

The ex-date of the dividend payment is June 1, 2007. The record date for the
dividend is June 5, 2007 and the pay date is June 12, 2007.
