The board of directors of Vaahto Group Plc Oyj has on 10 March 2014 decided on
a directed share issue. Such issued shares were registered with the Trade
Register on 31 March 2014. The company announced the changes to the number of
shares in the company on the same date. The company has received the below
notifications of major shareholdings from Mikko Laakkonen, Hannu Laakkonen
Antti Vaahto, Ilkka Vaahto and Mikko Vaahto. 

The total number of shares in the company is 5 977 360.
