Changes in the Executive Committee at Uponor Corporation

Ms. Paula Aarnio, M.Sc., Executive Vice President, Human Resources and member
of the Executive Committee has resigned in order to pursue a career in another
company. She will leave Uponor during the spring. 

Aarnio has served Uponor for 5 years, being responsible for the Group's HR
development and management, modernisation of the company's management systems
as well as internal communications. 

There will be a separate announcement later informing how Aarnio's position
will be filled.
