EFORE PLC'S FINANCIAL REPORTING DURING THE FISCAL YEAR 2011

EFORE PLC     Stock Exchange Release    October 20, 2010   at 9.00 am           


The financial year of Efore Plc will end on October 31, 2010. The Financial     
Statements Bulletin will be published on December 10, 2010. The Annual General  
Meeting will be held on February 10, 2011.                                      

Efore Plc will publish interim reports in the financial period from November 1, 
2010 to October 31, 2011 according to following schedule:                       

November 1, 2010 - January 31, 2011 (3 months)    March 3, 2011                 
November 1, 2010 - April 30, 2011 (6 months)      May 26, 2011                  
November 1, 2010 - July 31, 2011 (9 months)       August 25, 2011               

The Annual Report for 2010 will be published during the week 3 in January 2011.
