Regarding the recall of the Member of the Board

code LT0000130023. 

On 8 March, 2017 the Supervisory Board of Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius AB,
considering a notification of resignation of Mr. Dalius Svetulevičius from the
member of the Company’s Board, submitted on 28 February, 2017, adopted the
decision to recall Mr. Dalius Svetulevičius from the Board of Energijos
Skirstymo Operatorius AB from the end of the meeting of the Board of
Supervisors of the Company that recalled him. 

The Company will notify of the actions regarding a new member of the Company’s
Board election in accordance with the procedure prescribed by legislation.
