Amendments of Huhtamäki Oyj s Articles of Association

HUHTAMÄKI OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT MAY 4, 2007 AT 9.45

Amendments adopted by Huhtamäki Oyj's Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders held on April 12, 2007 to the Company's Articles of
Association have today been registered with the Finnish Trade
Register. The amendments relate mainly to the new Finnish Companies
Act which entered in force on September 1, 2006. The amended Articles
of Association are presented in their entirety in the Company's Stock
Exchange Release published on April 12, 2007.
