Change in the Nurminen Logistics’ Executive Board - Senior Vice President Harri Vainikka to leave the company

Senior Vice President Harri Vainikka, Member of Nurminen Logistics Plc's
Executive Board and responsible for Transit Logistics business unit, will leave
the company on 14 May 2012. Mr Vainikka has been a member of the Executive
Board since 2008 and has worked for Nurminen Logistics since 1980. 

− I would like to thank Harri Vainikka for his valuable long-term work for the
company. Mr Vainikka has had significant role in development and success of the
company.  I respect Mr Vainikka's decision to leave the company, although I
would have preferred seeing him to continue building our success together, says
Nurminen Logistics' President and CEO Topi Saarenhovi. 

As of 15 May 2012 the number of Nurminen Logistics' Executive Board members
will decline from six to five.  The new Nurminen Logistics' Executive Board
will comprise of the following persons: 

Topi Saarenhovi, President and CEO
Janne Lehtimäki, Senior Vice President, Forwarding and Value Added Services
Artur Poltavtsev, Senior Vice President, Railway Logistics
Antti Sallila, CFO
Hannu Vuorinen, Senior Vice President, Special Transports and Projects.

Transit Logistics business unit will report directly to CEO Topi Saarenhovi
starting from 15 May so, that Director Risto Holopainen is responsible for
operations in Finland and Managing Director Alexander Kovalenko for operations
in Baltic countries.
