Registration of new wording of the Articles of Association of AB Rokiskio suris

In course of decrease of the authorized capital of AB “Rokiskio suris” (after
annulment of treasury shares), on 18th December 2009 the new wording of the
Company's Articles of Association was registered in the Register of Legal
Entities of the Republic of Lithuania.
