TECHNOPOLIS TO EXPAND AT OULU KONTINKANGAS

Technopolis Plc, which specializes in providing operating environments for high 
tech companies, will start construction of the next extension of its Oulu       
Kontinkangas technology center. The size of the extension will be 4,290 gross   
square meters and the investment will total approximately EUR 7.5 million. Its  
estimated date of completion is August 2008. The main tenant will be WSP Finland
Ltd, with whom a long-term lease has been signed. A total of 70 % of the        
extension has already been leased out.
