COMPANY'S EX-CFO HAS FILED A CLAIM AGAINST GEOSENTRIC OYJ



The Company reports that SoftTech Support Services Ltd, a company domiciled in
the United Kingdom and owned by the Company's ex-CFO Robin Halliday, has filed
a claim against GeoSentric Oyj. The claim relates to the subcontractor
agreement concluded by SoftTech between the Company and SoftTech Support
Services Ltd. The agreement provided for CFO services by SoftTech to the
Company on a contractor basis, and these CFO services were provided by Robin
Halliday prior to termination of the agreement. The amount of the claim is
approximately EUR 40,000. The Company has rejected the claim and will take all
necessary actions to respond.
