NOTICE OF CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2, SECTION 9 OF THE
SECURITIES MARKET ACT 

Mutual funds administered by eQ Fund Management Company Ltd, eQ
Pikkujättiläiset, eQ Nexus and Fides New Media, have today informed Satama
Interactive Plc, that their aggregate holding of Satama Interactive Plc shares
and voting rights has exceeded 1/20 due to the transfer of funds administered
by Fides Rahastoyhtiö Oy to eQ Fund Management Company Ltd, which took place on
March 15, 2007. 

Total shareholding of mutual funds administered by eQ Fund Management Company
Ltd in Satama Interactive Plc is 2 370 000 shares, which represents 5,75 per
cent of the share capital and voting rights. 

The shareholding is divided between the mutual funds as follows: 

eQ Pikkujättiläiset 1 300 000 shares 
eQ Nexus 180 000 shares
Fides New Media 890 000 shares
