CORRECTION: Final terms and conditions of fixed rate bond issue in LTL and EUR

Please find attached the Final terms and conditions of fixed rate bond issues in
LTL and EUR, issued under “Base prospectus of LTL 200,000,000 short and medium
term bonds offering programme”. 
In the clause 24.2 of Final terms and conditions of fixed rate bond issue EUR
Nr. 7/2010 the currency of redemption prior to maturity price was corrected -
instead of “Lt” should be read “EUR”.
