TANJA RYTKÖNEN-ROMPPANEN APPOINTED AS THE VICE PRESIDENT, DESIGN

Architect SAFA and Master of Laws, Tanja Rytkönen-Romppanen, 41, has been
appointed as Vice President, Design. She is also a member of Honkarakenne
Executive Group. Rytkönen-Romppanen works at Senate Properties and currently
holds a position as Premises Director at Ministry of Justice. The vice
President Design will be in charge of Design, Group Marketing and R&D.

design to enhance the management of creative architecture to execute its
strategy. Tanja Rytkönen-Romppanen's experience in managing the building works
especially in the field of architecture gives an excellent supplement to our
team in order to expand even more powerfully to the detached house market in
Finland as well as internationally.” states the CEO and President Mikko
Kilpeläinen
