Eik Banki P/F - Company Announcement

Issue of senior bonds

On 2 April 2009, Eik Banki P/F issued new senior capital in the form of
DKK-denominated fixed-rate bonds. The issue had a nominal value of DKK
300,000,000 and was acquired in advance by a qualified investor. 

The bonds were issued at par and will be redeemed at par at maturity on 30
August 2010 unless they have been redeemed early. 

The bonds will be admitted for trading on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S as from 22
April 2009. The bonds have the following ISIN: DK0030168380. 

The bond issue was arranged by Nykredit Bank A/S.
