Anyksciu Vynas AB - Notification on material event

The interim results for the first nine months of 2008 and the correction prognosis

During  the first nine months of 2008 the JSC ,,Anyksciu vynas‘‘ sustained      
unaudited pretax losses of 1 787 thousand of LTL (517.6 thousand of EURO). The  
loss was suffered due the decrement of the sale under the influence of  increase
of excise for alcoholic drinks by 20% yearly in the year and general economical 
situation in the market of the country. The sales for the first nine months of  
2008 amounted to 27 823 thousand of LTL (8 058 thousand of EURO) and decreased  
by 16,1 % or 5 329 thousand of LTL (1 543.4 thousand of EURO) in comparing with 
the same period of the previous year.                                           
In the same period of the previous year  the company has earned the pretax      
incomes of 1 308  thousand of LTL (378.8 thousand of EURO).                     
In view of the decrement of the demand  on the alkoholic drinks and  the little 
prices for  the apple concentrated juice under the influence  of the low demand 
on them, we revise the economical forecast of the results of 2008.              
At the end of this year we expect the sale incomes of 39 million of LTL (11.3   
million of EURO), the losses of  3 million of LTL (0.9 million of EURO).
