TECTIA RECEIVED A WARNING AND A FINE OF EUR 20,000



The Disciplinary Committee of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Oy has today imposed a
warning and a fine of twenty thousand euro (EUR 20,000) to Tectia Corporation.
The Disciplinary Committee has among other things stated that Tectia
Corporation has not during second quarter 2011 taken actions required by the
financial position of the company and corrected its full year 2011 revenue and
profitability estimates without undue delay. Full reasoning of the Disciplinary

Tectia Corporation will familiarize itself to the Disciplinary Committee
decision and reasoning behind it.
