VST AB - Notification on material event

CORRECTION: For suspension of trade in shares of the public limited company VST.

Regarding the 13 December 2010 decision of the Board of the public limited
liability company VST (company code 110870748; registered office J. Jasinskio
str. 16C, LT-01112 Vilnius; mail address Žvejų str. 14, LT-09310, Vilnius), the
company submitted an application to AB NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Stock Exchange for
suspension of trade in shares of the public limited liability company VST in
the second list of AB NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Stock Exchange from the end of the
trade in shares session of 20 December, 2010 until deregistration of the public
limited liability company VST from the Register of Legal Entities of the
Republic of Lithuania.
