Concerning the recognition of UAB “Eastern Europe Development Fund” as subsidiary of the Bank

On 10th November 2010 the Board of AB Ukio bankas made a resolution to
recognise UAB “Eastern Europe Development Fund” as subsidiary of the Bank. Main
activity of the company is real estate management. Transaction value - LTL 56.6
million. Purpose of transaction - to acquire and develop further real estate
projects implemented by UAB „Eastern Europe Development Fund“. 

The authorizations to provide additional information are vested in Rolandas
