were registered on 20 March, 2014 at the Register of Legal entities. Authorised
capital of the Company after increase is LTL 256 812 858 (two hundred fifty six
million eight hundred twelve thousand eight hundred fifty eight Litas) (EUR
74.378.145). Nominal value of the share is LTL 6 (six litas) (EUR 1.74). 

Capital was increased following the decision of the Extraordinary General
meeting of shareholders of AB Kauno Energija which has been held on the 6
January, 2014 by issuing 70 166 (seventy thousand one hundred sixty six)
ordinary registered shares by nominal value LTL 6 each, whose issue price was
equal to LTL 420 996 (four hundred twenty thousand nine hundred ninety six
litas) (EUR 121.929).
