FINAL PURCHASE PRICE FOR BEWATOR OY                                             

The final purchase price for the acquisition of share capital in Bewator Oy,    
announced by Panostaja Oyj on 30th April 2009, has been confirmed by the        
parties. The final purchase price is EUR 8,0 million.
