Pohjola publishes its Report by the Executive Board and Financial Statements
2013

Pohjola Bank plc has published its Report by the Board of Directors and
Financial Statements 2013. Pohjola has also published its Corporate Governance
Statement. Pohjola will publish its electronic Annual Report 2013 in week 9, as
announced earlier, which comprises an Annual Review as well as the Report by the
Board of Directors and the Financial Statements.
