We hereby, inform that on 20th July 2010 the Board of AB Bank SNORAS
approved the acquisition of 100 per cent block of shares of UAB"Dieveris", to which belongs a part of the premises at A. Vivulskio str.7 by
the ownership right, for LTL 1 250 000.
