CHANGES AT QPR SOFTWARE PLC´S MANAGEMENT

Mr. Jaakko Salminen has been appointed as acting VP, Resellers & Russia and QPR
Software Executive Management Team member as of 5 September, 2012. Mr. Salminen
will be the deputy to VP Maija Erkheikki, who will start her maternity leave on
5 September, 2012. 

Mr. Salminen has strong background in software industry. Previously he has
worked as CEO at Finnish Software Entrepreneurs Association, Managing Director
at Ravensoft Oy and Vice President, International Markets at Anilinker Oy.
Before these positions he held several managerial positions at Sun
Microsystems. Jaakko Salminen is Master of Science in Software Engineering,
graduated at Helsinki University of Technology TKK. 

As of 5 September, QPR Software´s Executive Management Teams consists of Jari
Jaakkola, CEO (chairman); Matti Erkheikki, SVP, Direct & OEM; Jyrki Karasvirta,
VP, Marketing and Communications; Eero Knuutila, VP, Sales; Teemu Lehto, VP,
Business Development; Päivi Martti, CFO;  Mikko Mäki-Rahkola, VP, Delivery;
Jaakko Riihinen, SVP, Products & Technology and Jaakko Salminen, VP, Resellers& Russia.
