ORGANIZING MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF EFORE PLC

Exchange Release     February 10, 2012   at 10.00 a.m. 

In its first meeting held after the Annual General Meeting, the Board of
Directors elected Matti Vikkula to continue as Chairman and Olli Heikkilä was
elected as Deputy Chairman. Olli Heikkilä was elected as Chairman of the Audit
Committee and Matti Vikkula and Marko Luoma were elected as members. The
decision on the Nomination Committee will be made later. The company has no
Compensation Committee.
