Nordea Bank Finland Plc's Annual Report and Corporate Governance Report for
2010 have been published. The documents are attached to this release and they

The annual report now published covers the operations of Nordea Bank Finland Plc
and its subsidiaries in Finland and abroad. Nordea Bank Finland Plc is a
subsidiary wholly owned by Nordea Bank AB (publ). The financial statements of
Nordea Bank AB (publ) comprise the operations of the Nordea Group as a whole and
give the best overview of the Group.
