TRAINERS' HOUSE GROUP CONCLUDES CODETERMINATION NEGOTIATIONS

Trainers' House has concluded the codetermination negotiations concerning its
project managers initiated in the beginning of August. As a result of the
negotiations, a total of 5 employment contracts in the Group will be
terminated. 

The Group will save approximately EUR 0.2 million annually due to personnel
reductions. The savings will be realized in full during the fourth quarter. "Trainers' House's business operations are experiencing a period of significant
change. We estimate that in the future demand will be directed to our services
related to implementation of change. In the codetermination negotiations we
were exploring alternatives to enhance the efficiency of our operational
functions." states CEO Arto Heimonen.
