73 892 NEW SHARES OF VAAHTO GROUP PLC OYJ REGISTERED WITH THE TRADE REGISTER

Vaahto Group Plc Oyj (the "Company") hereby announces in accordance with
Chapter 2, Section 10(2) of the Finnish Securities Market Act (495/1989, as
amended) that the number of shares in the Company, as registered in the Trade
Register, has as of 18 December 2012 increased by 73,892 shares (the "New
Shares"). Thus as of 18 December 2012, the total number of shares in the
Company, and the total number of votes conferred by the shares in the Company,
is 3,977,360 (including the New Shares). 

The New Shares will be listed for public trading on the Helsinki Stock Exchange
on or about 19 December 2012. The Company intends to make no further
announcements regarding the listing of the New Shares for public trading.
