Outokumpu Oyj (business identity code: 0215254-2) has on April 12, 2016
received a notification based on Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities
Market Act. Invesco Limited’s total holding in the shares and voting rights of
Outokumpu Oyj reaches 5% threshold and was 5.00% (20,819,025 shares and votes)
on April 11, 2016. Invesco Limited’s earlier total holding in Outokumpu was
below 5%. 

Invesco Limited’s indirect holding through controlled undertakings was on April
11, 2016 5.00% of shares and voting rights of Outokumpu Oyj (20,819,025 shares
and votes). The names of the shareholders under controlled undertakings are:
