Limarko Laivininkystes Kompanija - Notification on material event

Regarding the sole shareholder of the company

AB „Limarko laivininkystes kompanija“ (the Company) hereby informs that during
the implementation of the decision of Klaipeda City Local Court of 7 July 2014
(see notification on material event of 11 July 2014), after the managers of
securities' accounts made appropriate entries in personal securities' account,
the squeeze-out of Company's shares was completed on 26 August 2014 and UAB
„Limarko“ became the sole shareholder of the Company.
