Supplement to the minutes of an extraordinary general meeting held on 12 August
2009 
The minutes of the EGM were duly finalised and published on the same day as the
EGM in compliance with applicable rules and regulations and the practice of the
Company by the Secretary and the Chair of the meeting, as approved by the
meeting. Subsequent to publication of the minutes, the Company received a
letter, by which it was requested that certain matters discussed at the meeting
would be recorded as part of the minutes. The Company, in consultation with the
Chairman of the meeting, has agreed to the request by publishing the letter as
an appendix to the minutes of the EGM.
