Share subscriptions based on stock options 2009C

Comptel Corporation  Stock Exchange Release 1 June 2015, 02.30 pm EET

Between 4 February 2015 and 12 May 2015, a total of 92 905 Comptel Corporation
new shares have been subscribed for with the company's stock options 2009C. For
subscriptions made with the stock options 2009C, the entire subscription price
of EUR 47 391.55 will be entered in the reserve for invested unrestricted
equity. As a result of the subscriptions, the number of Comptel shares
increases to 107 525 175. 

The shares subscribed for under the stock options have been registered in the
Trade Register on 1 June 2015, as of which date the new shares will establish
shareholder rights. The shares will be traded on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki
together with the old shares as of 2 June 2015. 

The share subscription period for stock options 2009C is 1 November 2013 - 30
November 2015.
