The Lithuanian Ministry of Energy on 13th January 2010 publicly announced that
International audit and consulting company Ernst&Young Baltic subsidiary of
Ernst&Young in Lithuania was selected in public tender to prepare merger
strategy and detailed action plan for Rytų skirstomieji tinklai, AB and “VST”,
AB.
