Registration of the new wording of articles of association of the limited liability company ANYKŠČIŲ VYNAS, election of the chairman of the supervisory council, election of the members of the board and the chairman of the board 


Anyksciai, Lithuania, 2015-01-23 16:00 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 

On 22 January 2015 a new wording of articles of association of a limited        
 liability company ANYKŠČIŲ VYNAS (attached) was registered in the Registry of  
 Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania.                                   
On 23 January 2015 the supervisory council of the limited liability company     
 ANYKŠČIŲ VYNAS decided to elect Raimondas Kurlianskis as the chairman of the   
 supervisory council. Also, on 23 January 2015 the supervisory council of the   
 limited liability company ANYKŠČIŲ VYNAS decided to elect the persons named    
 below as the members of the board of the limited liability company ANYKŠČIŲ    
 VYNAS for a 4 years term:                                                      
(i) Vidas Lazickas;                                                             
(ii) Marijus Strončikas;                                                        
(iii) Justas Rameika.                                                           
On 23 January 2015 the board of the limited liability company ANYKŠČIŲ VYNAS    
 decided to elect Vidas Lazickas as the chairman of the board.
