New shares of United Bankers Plc are registered in the Finnish Trade Register

As previously announced, United Bankers Plc has completed the directed share
issues to the employees and management of United Bankers Group (“Employee
Issue”) and to the tied agents of the Group that operate in the form of a
limited liability company, and to certain holding companies of key persons
acting as directors of alternative investment funds managed by the Company's
Group ("Tied Agent Issue" and together with the Employee Issue, “Directed
Issues”), where the Company offered to subscribe for 190,000 new shares in the
Company. United Bankers announced the decision of the Board of Directors on the
share allocation on 27 May 2024.

The 190,000 new shares issued in the Employee Issue and Tied Agent Issue have
been registered in the Trade Register maintained by the Finnish Patent and
Registration Office today, on 11 June 2024. Following the registration of the
new shares, the total number of issued shares in the Company is 10,963,043, of
which 8,834 are treasury shares held by the Company.

The new shares will entitle their holders to dividend and other distribution of
funds, and to other shareholder rights in the Company after the new shares have
been entered in the Company's shareholder register maintained by Euroclear
Finland Ltd, on or around 12 June 2024. Trading with the new shares commences on
Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd on or around 12 June 2024.
