Vaisala will annouce its 2009 annual result and 2010 interim reports
as follows:

  * 2009 financial statements on February 19, 2010
  * January - March result (Q1)on May 11, 2010
  * January - June result (Q2) on August 11, 2010
  * January - November result (Q3) on November 5, 2010

The printed 2009 Financial Statements and the 2009 online Annual
Report will be available during week 11 in March 2010.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on March 25, 2010.
