On the listing of AB bankas SNORAS shares in the Main List of NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Stock Exchange

On 2 November 2010, AB bankas SNORAS Board decided to submit an application to
NASDAQ  OMX Vilnius Stock Exchange concerning the listing of AB bankas SNORAS
ordinary registered shares in the Main List.
